Excel is a well established and highly regarded Estate agency in Essex and East London.

They came to us as they needed to improve their image and profile in new areas.

Excel were keen to create a more punchy and vibrant feel to appeal to younger professional families interested into moving into the area.

THE SOLUTION

A totally rebrand was developed for Excel, starting with an eye-catching new logo.

The deep rich red and yellow colours created a bold identity which was accompanied by the bold uncomplicated font. This new identity was used to create a Folder Information Pack, For Sale Boards, Vehicle Livery and Flyers all to promote their brand awareness.
